Free QR Shops — common questions
Is QR Shops really free?
Yes. Building the page, publishing it, table ordering, the live orders board and the analytics are all free, with no paid tier and no per-order fee. If a customer pays you, that money is yours — we are not involved in it.
Do I need an account?
Not to build. You can add your whole menu and see exactly how the page looks before signing up. Publishing needs a free account, because the page has to be stored somewhere and tied to somebody who can edit it.
Can I change the menu after printing the code?
Yes, and that is the point of a hosted page. The printed code points at a stable link; the prices, items and photos behind that link are yours to edit whenever you like, with no reprint.
Can customers pay through the page?
Not through us. There is no payment gateway here: an order reaches your live orders board, and you take payment the way you already do. Payment marking on the board records what you confirmed, not a payment we processed.
Who can see my page?
Only you, until you publish it. A published page shows the fields it displays — your shop name, menu and contact details — to anyone with the link. Orders, your account and anything unpublished stay private to you.
