Which download format is best for printing?

SVG. It is vector artwork, so a printer or designer can scale it to any size without the edges going soft. Use PDF when you need a fixed physical size on paper, and PNG for screens, slides and social posts. Whatever you choose, print at 100% (actual size) rather than 'fit to page'.

What types of barcodes are supported?

Nine linear formats — UPC-A, UPC-E, EAN-8, EAN-13, Code 39, Code 93, Code 128, ITF-14 and Codabar — plus ISBN as a validated book-number workflow, and five 2D formats: QR Code, Micro QR, Data Matrix, PDF417 and Aztec. Each one validates characters, length and check digits before it generates.

Are these QR codes permanent?

A static QR code contains your data inside the image itself, so it keeps working forever and does not depend on this site. What it cannot do is change: if the website it points at disappears or moves, the printed code has to be replaced. Editable (dynamic) codes that keep one printed image and let you change the destination are a hosted feature and depend on the hosting continuing to run.

Can I use these barcodes for commercial products?

You can use the images commercially — there is no watermark and no licence fee. But generating an EAN or UPC image does not assign you that number. Retail barcodes must use a company prefix issued to you by GS1 or a legitimate reseller, otherwise the number may already belong to another product.

Is a Wi-Fi QR code private?

Accepted Answer

No. A Wi-Fi QR code contains the network name and the password in plain text. Anyone who can see, photograph or decode the code can read the password. Treat it exactly like the password written on a card, and use a guest network where you can.

How do I make a UPI QR code?

Accepted Answer

Choose the UPI type, enter the UPI ID (it looks like name@bank), the payee name, and an amount if you want a fixed one. The code opens the customer's UPI app with those details filled in. It is a payment request only — it never confirms that a payment succeeded, and generating one is not proof that a merchant is genuine.
